Return & Refund Policy

At Pai-Shau, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns by Salon Professionals are at our sole discretion; please send your inquiries to orders@paishaupro.com.   

Please note, we do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or promotional items.

  • Used or opened products due to hygiene and safety standards.

Returns made to salons are governed entirely by that salon's individual return policy. Pai-Shau does not accept responsibility for refunds, exchanges, or returns initiated by a salon’s customer.

If a customer returns a product to a salon, it is at the sole discretion of the salon to determine whether to accept the return and provide a refund or exchange. Pai-Shau will not issue refunds or accept returns from salons for products that have been resold or returned by their customers.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@paishaupro.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—fast.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Shipping fees will apply. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact us at [your support email].
